Pre-Treatment of Stains
Before we run the machine, we apply a pre-treatment solution to heavy stains and high-traffic areas. This loosens ground-in dirt so the extraction step pulls it out more completely.

Hot Water Extraction
The truck-mounted machine pushes hot water into the carpet fibers and vacuums it back out in the same pass. This pulls out dirt, allergens, and cleaning solution all at once.

Post-Clean Inspection
We walk through the cleaned areas with you before we pack up. If a spot needs a second pass, we do it then — not after we have left.
- 05
Drying
We leave the carpet ready to dry. In Fort Myers summer humidity, plan for two to four hours before walking on it normally. We tell you the expected dry time before we leave.
